It's not Ellefson selling, but the guy who bought it from him a couple years ago. Great timing there, fella!
Anyway, this is just a repro of an '80s Jackson Concert Bass. Why not look around for the real thing? They sell for much less than the Jackson guitars of the same era, and you don't have the association with Jerk-Off Cam Guy. On the negative side, my old '85 Concert was heavy AF and had some neck dive. Positive--it was an instrument of pure brutality.
Here's an excellent recent sale--damn, it's probably a good thing I don't have Jackson basses in my Reverb feed, or I'd have committed a substantial financial indiscretion...
