  • 7 string pickup

I need a bridge 7 string pickup in black. I'm hoping for something like a JB7, but I'm open. Not looking to spend more than $75ish.

I'm guessing you want non-soapbar style?

I'll look in the PU box and see what I have...

The JB7 is OK. I had one for a while. Then I had Mr Wolfe rewind it, and then it was amazing.

And then that guitar was stolen

He actually has all the parts to make them, supposedly.

I might be in the market for one soon, too. Non-Soap Bar, passive.

I've never manged to get a Wolfe pickup. I've tried to get him to rewind a few of mine, and he hasn't expressed much interest. I'd love to try one someday.

He's less interested in rewinds now that he has the parts to make them. If you really want to try one, hit him up on Facebook and tell him you want the exact same thing I got as a JB rewind. He'll then message me to ask what the resistance is and I can prod him to do it.

I might do that, I have a Duncan designed pickup I've held onto for years just for that

Do you still need a pickup? I have an evo7 I just found. Can do $50 shipped. Has a short lead on it

How do you think it would work as a neck pickup paired with a Nazgul in the bridge? I *might* be interested if Ben isn't.

Sorry guys just saw this I was out of town for work.

I'm okay on the Evo, I'm really not a fan of them.

I think the Evo is even higher wound than the Nazgul
