Given the absurd-but-understandable hike in gear prices thanks to the pandemic, what would have been a good deal is now a bargain. I played one of those in Berlin years ago and thought it was great, though I'm not keen on the 12th-fret inlay.

I did of course, and they actually just replied saying No, price is final because it is new. They were very courteous and even sent me real photos of the guitar they still have left, the ones I posted here were also made by them but it was one that was sold long.

The Used one still hasn't replied... I'm giving him a "discount" here to see if he does in the next days, if until Monday I have no reply I quit. I'm very pragmatic on these things. If the seller cares less why should I also care. I had broke deals in the past for Sellers attitude on replies Also things like this make me dubious and make me suspicious. Call it inner sense but fingers crossed.

There's a local guy here trying to make a deal on an Apocalypse Red Reign and I sent him an offer about a month ago - crickets. Then he edited his listing to say interested in trades, so I asked about trading my SL2q and he actually replied and asked for pictures so I sent a pile. That was almost a week ago, no reply yet. There should be some sort of universal feedback mechanism to label people as unresponsive wankers.

Its called manners and I don't deal with people that don't have them.

As a seller too I got some of the most weird propositions and trades and low ball offers. I always reply to all saying thank you but i'm not interested, takes 10 seconds and you can even make a txt file and do a copy paste if you dont want to type.

2 years ago I wanted a Schechter Banshee (the first ones) and saw it for sale. Contacted the seller and made an offer. He said I was blatantly crazy and if I thought he was stupid...nice way to deal with a potential buyer... It kept being on sale all this time and recently resurfaced with a price lower than what I offered him initially... and guess what? He contacted me to know if I was still interested. I said yes, but my offer is much lower now since the GAS for it dropped substantially
