For the want of a banana...
...I discovered what's been rattling around in my Ibanez S470 that I haven't played for years. It was a AAA-battery that I apparently put in there to block the trem, but it didn't stay in place and fell in. I changed strings on it yesterday and had to unscrew the trem cover to get the battery out. Kind of happy that it hadn't started leaking over the years it's been there. Making a new attempt with some kind of wood block maybe (to cheap to buy an actual trem block).
