  • Well I did it, New LPC day

Decided to just take the advice I would give anyone else and buy the thing you actually want or you will still want it...

Tried it out next to a standard and a slash anaconda burst. Both the others were pretty poor for their price especially compared to the quality you'd get from other brands in that price bracket.

Tried the custom and then a prs cu 24 for a comparatively priced "really nice" guitar, prs was great but didn't have the feel I was after and the lp was everything I hoped it would be in terms of feel and sound so went for it.

Here's a shit pic of it

Hell yeah. The perfect distillation of kvltness.

We're all getting so old. Next thing you know, Simon's going to post up a "New 335 day!" thread.

Nice! Looks just like the one I sold a few months ago. Black Sabbath influenced SAW in 3... 2... 1...
Don't expect much, it's not like I'm a Rocket Surgeon...

I like that the upper fret access is non existent so I literally can't expose my shit lead playing

Love the tuxedo LPCs. They fit in perfectly in just about any context, visually and musically.

This. I love the fact that that guitar hasn't changed since 1957 and it would still be at home playing literally any kind of music today totally stock.

Teles, LPs, and P Basses... pretty wild how they got those right the first time.

Especially P Basses. I’ve never heard a musical style where it’s not the right choice.
