Flesh of the Stars (doom)

Been really into this band for a while--their album Mercy was one of my favorites in 2019--and they just dropped a new EP today. If you like fuzzy doom with prog rock leanings, it's a good listen.

Is the band name supposed to be some sort of trippy imagery of giving human attributes to nebulous celestial bodies, or is it a "cannibalize celebrities" sort of thing?

I'm assuming it's the first one on the basis of "(doom)", but it you just told me "have you checked out the band Flesh of the Stars?" I would 100% assume the second.

I definitely think it definitely has a Cripple Bastards "foreign grindcore band translating songs to imperfect english" vibe.
