this type of music certainly isn't for everyone but i'm down. give their previous release Relentless Mutation a listen all at once start to finish(if you have the time/attention span for it). it might change your mind, it might not.

Yeah, nothing catchy at all, but crazy impressive speed & precision. Like, more Cacophony than Queensryche. And, the singer acting like he's a rapper weirds me out... but that's my malfunction, not his...

I've listened to about 75% of Buckethead's output. I've got the time and attention span

I'm this far in and it's sounding like Dethklok but with a higher threshold on the noise gate.

I own the archspire records and I'll buy this one but I hardly listen to them, they are impressive as fuck and I'm glad they are doing this stuff but I find it mostly quite dull, especially this new track. Once I'm no longer being blown away by their abilities I quickly lose interest.

That said I have seen them live and would again for the above reasons.

I also love the level of hatred the vocalist gets. Guy is an unbelievable tech death vocalist with a really signature style and that is hard to achieve in a world with 10000000000 rip offs of rip offs

I finished that album. It had some cool moments, but that trilly/clicky kick drum kept ruining what would have been some cool grooves

I love Archspire, although their songs are hit and miss for me. The songs I love I love, the songs that I don't are just kind of meh. Love this new song.
