I actually saw them live at some festival back when this came out and they were pretty cool. I didn't realize it was a "celebrity band" until someone mentioned it at the bar.

    Her daughter is gorgeous.

Before agreeing with you, I had to do a quick google search to make sure she is of age

Once you reach your 40's, everyone looks young. Kids in college look like they are 13 years old to me

I have Wicked Wisdom’s self-titled album from 2006. I love that album. She’s awesome and so is the band.

Why is JP dressed like some kind of sand ninja in the second video though? I honestly had to google to see if that was her.

Her band toured on one of the Ozzfest's in the early Mid 2K's. I saw them, they were ehhhh. Not horrible, not amazing. I read somewhere that Sharon Osbourne basically booked her band as a favor. Pissed off alot of other harder working bands at the time.

Honestly a let down considering her family's massive musical legacy.

Will Smith can also pass for a gorgeous women, like he did in the seminal 1999 film masterpiece WILD WILD WEST. A movie so good the Queen of England made Kenneth Brannagh a knight after watching it.

If it weren't for that exquisite tour de force of story telling, there would be no Sir Kenneth Brannagh, respected thespian titan of stage and screen, he would just be doing whatever regular British people who don't get roles as extremely racist mechanical geniuses with exquisitely styled facial hair missing the lower half of their body and forced into a wheelchair which is later revealed to be a mechanical spider contraption do. Fucking trimming hedges and mispronouncing words or whatever regular British people are into.

It's the quintessential ridiculous over the top 1999-2001 buddy comedy action movie. Kenneth Brannagh turning in that performance for a paycheck is also amazing.

It got vindicated by history though. There has never been an American "Weird West" (that's what some people call the subgenre that blends Western and Fantasy/Sci Fi, I've heard other names as well) movie that didn't flop. It's box office kryptonite.

People mocked it when it came out, then Jonah Hex bombed, Cowboys and Aliens bombed, and worst of all The Dark Tower, which is like the quintessential "Weird West" mega established story bombed worse than all of them combined. Like, you can't blend a Western with Sci-Fi and Fantasy and possibly trippy psychedelic shit not go down as either a legendarily bad movie or at best, a cult classic like El Topo.

Watch "The Good, The Bad, and the Weird" if you haven't. That nailed the "Weird West" sub-genre. One of my favorite modern movies. It has one of the best "wham" twist endings ever.

It wasn't as bad as made out to be, but it was never gonna live up to the TV series.

Wasn't aware of this, pretty cool. Judging by the second vid the daughter is a lot cooler than the son.

I remember that. I thought she was a good singer but all of thier songs were pretty meh. Also i think after ozzfest she kind of gave up on it.

I have a really messed up relationship with both my parents and seeing parent/child bonding like that throws me into a loop of emotions. I think there's something vicarious going on and I get really emotional over stuff like that. I don't even talk to my mother anymore.

And she's wearing a Mastodon shirt!

The song in the OP has a real Phantom Blue / Drain STH feel to it. Much more American-style than most of the European female-fronted bands that we usually see.
