    Gator GTRSTD6 multi guitar stand

Just got this in today, and it was a bit fucked. The neck-holding rail was attached with what looked like staples to the back panel, and it was just about totally fallen out. I yanked it out, yanked out what turned out to be brad nails (or maybe nail-gun nails, they were square, which is what lead me to think they were staples, but anyways), and glued/screwed it back in.

Works great, looks pretty cool... definitely needs some LEDs, but we'll get there

Front to back: NSLALP, Warmoth, Warmoth, Warmoth, Warmoth, Ibanez bass.

A huge improvement from having them tucked into cases and trying to pull them out without scratching anything up. I hate not having a proper room for these, but in a small apartment with a growing fam, it's where we're at.

I've kind of had my eye on one of these myself as the guitar boat I've got is cheap as hell. But I had heard about issues with the construction of them similar to what you'd experienced as well which kind of put me off given the cost of them, glad yours was an easy fix though.

I'd say it took me about an hour to get it all re-engineered, and wasn't too bad. It'd have gone faster with an extra hand, but I basically just yanked the nails, marked where the rail sat, pre-drilled from inside-to-out to mark the positions, held the rail up with one hand and drilled back through the holes outside-to-in to get the pre-drilling on the rail, then dropped on some glue, held it in place, got two of the screws in a bit awkwardly, then finished with two more.

Kinda shitty on a ~$400 stand, but now that it's together, it feels like it'll last a long time.
