    Snakeskin!

So for about 10 years I've had this random 4x12 covered in snakeskin sitting in my garage, moving with me from house to house just gathering dust. I decided to dye the snakeskin red Nex step, figure out some speakers, order some handles.

      Oooohhhh that looks nice.

I've been thinking about recovering my cabinet, and am looking for something properly obnoxious.

If you want really obnoxious look up leatherette rather than tolex. (it's pretty much the same stuff). But there's a lot more choice.

You can get shit like metallic iridescent colour change mermaid lagoon 😂

Find many great new & used options and get the best deals for Iridescent Textured Colour Changing Metallic Leatherette Fabric - Crafts & Bows at the best online prices at eBay! Free delivery for many products.

I've even found some stuff that looks like 70s bathroom Cork floor tiles & rainbow holographic snakeskin.

Thanks! I think I'm going to load it up with 4 different speakers to just have a versatile studio cab. Anyone have a good idea on the best way to put a grill cloth back on this? Would making a slanted frame be a pain in the ass?

Just get some stripwood and measure the lengths you need and cut.

Another alternative would be to change the speakers to be rear mount that way you can just wrap the grill on the baffle.

Another easy option if you like the look of to get a sheet of expanded metal and just put mounting blocks at the top sides and bottom and screw it on
