Korg CA30s are NOT air fryer proof

I was putting away our air fryer last night after my wife cleaned it and the basket didn't fit back in the main body of the fryer. Went to inspect what was happening, and found that my daughter must have snuck this in there while they were cooking.

you would think such a well known brand could at least make their tuners air fryable but apparently not.

What kind of flavors would a Korg CA30 add to your meal... that is the real question!

That honestly held up way better than I'd have expected, to the point where I'd aegue maybe they ARE air frier proof.

              Ha!

So glad my son never did that. He went through a "how many toys can I stuff in daddy's work boots" phase, but nothing that ever cost us money.

Have you tested it? How do you know it isn't air fryer proof without testing?

If it works, I think it would classify it as "air fryer resistant" rather than proof, which would still be pretty impressive.

The music gods (and your daughter) want you to buy a proper strobe.

Did the flavors it provided live up to expectations or did the culinary experience fall flat?

Yeah. I bet a Strobostomp HD would hold up way better.

If it was one of those old PlanetWaves pedal tuners, I'd have been more concerned about the fryer.

Let's see, she recently (minorly) gouged my work monitor with an allen key, she lit the microwave on fire, she threw away my keys with my car fob (got SUPER lucky the maids didn't take that can out before I found it), roasted this, broke the main case and the joycon shells on one of our switches, and knocked a big chip out of my S540.

She's almost half as clumsy as her mom!

The more I read stories like this the more I consider getting the expensive 20u rack with a locking lid

I mean I think the hope there is that they DO figure them out, because they're smart enough to figure them out, and then you gotta figure out wtf to do about it.

Thanks for the warning. I am never buying another KORG product again. No way. They should be able to stand up to a *little* bit of heat. IMO.
