NAD Triaxis & 290

I think I posted about the Triaxis already, but I just got this 290. Funnily enough, it was owned by the Charlie Daniel's band, and that's probably why I got it so cheap

Does anyone have a speaker suggestion for my 1x12? This v30 just can't handle it.

I'm obviously leaning towards black shadow, but would like to consider others.

I had a 1x12 mesa C90 extension cab for my Mark V and ended up loving the cab more than the amp. Try one if you can.

The C90 fucking rules. I recently got a Thiele with the C90 and love it. I run my TriAxis and 50/50 setup through it.

I remembered that I have a ripped Black Shadow out in the garage, so I ordered a recone kit for it. Problem solved.

I use a legend v1216 in my 1x12 and it sounded amazing with the triaxis rack.

With the 2:90 though I think you would be better with the v128

Yeah I still have the damaged one too.

Turns out my lonestar has a black shadow so I'm going to stick that into my 1x12, and throw my anniversary edition g12h into the lonestar. I think that speaker makes more sense for that amp, anyway.

Excellent idea! The lonestar will sound great with that speaker.
