Just grabbed this today for my bass.
I've got a sweet sound on my AxeFx, but the power amp I've got mated to it, an Orange Pedal Baby, is only 100w, and wasn't driving my bass cab (500w 2x12) very efficiently. This one runs at about 600w with one channel running, and it's not any louder, really, but MUCH more full and low.
